I need a love poem

I want to insert a love poem into my work-in-progress. Do any of you have a favorite? Something that's in the public domain?

I'm glad you laughed! I've been getting yelled out for my humor, of lack of, recently.

Poetry is a hard one. I don't read it myself. I suppose I never got into it because I never met a girl into poetry. Guess what made me try sushi.

Why don't you write the poem? That way you can make sure it's a perfect fit with the tone and context of the WIP.

CHarlie is such a romantic!

When I was in college, I compiled & illustrated love poems for a children's literature class. My teacher read some of them to her boyfriend over the phone so I got some major brownie points! :) Let me think if I can remember any of them and I'll come back! (not sure if any are in the public domain!)
